7/08/14 – Supply and installation of Braemar ducted Central heating John was very helpful in explaining and designing the system to our requirements. Isolation of the zones was a key feature and an explanation of variable for speed and variable gas flow, these are both features we would use. The system was installed within 9 days of initial visit and the cleanup was perfect. Heater is working perfectly.

We were very pleased with the overall installation, the quote, the knowledge that was displayed by Daniel. It was encouraging and gave us confidence in his ability to supply and fit the systems. 23/06/14 – Supply and Installation of central heating unit I decided to use a local family business to replace my faulty old central heating system. Jacob was very helpful explaining the different alternatives and not trying to sell me a unit not suitable for me. The new unit was installed in days and I am very pleased with the whole process. I would recommend temperature plus without hesitation.

I can only say having had a lot of tradesmen working on our house over the last few years, Daniel and the boys are far the best tradies we’ve ever had. Would Highly recommend them to all our friends. The best tradies we’ve ever had working on our house, courteous, explained everything, clean and neat workers who took their own rubbish. Can’t fault any of them at all, highly recommend this company to anybody; as we say, forget the rest, try the best.

From first contact to final shake of the hands on job completion I felt nothing but professionalism. Top crew, top service, timely contact, installation all in a day. These guys had a massive job to do yet had great spirits, showed immense dedication to their work and without compromise to quality. 16/05/14 – Supply and Installation of central heating system Very happy with the service and would recommend temperature plus to anyone looking to install or replace a heating unit. I was very impressed with the information Jake provided and he was one of the only persons that recommended a larger return air vent and ducting which is essential to the heater functioning efficiently. Jake was also very flexible with scheduling the installation and is very organized, he went above and beyond. Timothy did the actual installation and his work was very neat and he went out of his way to adjust the shelving to increase the size of the return air duct. He repositioned the controller to align correctly and added putty to cover up any holes on the wall. Very happy with the quality of work done!

We found Temperature Plus on true local and were impressed by their positive reviews. They absolutely did not disappoint. We have a small to medium business in Mitcham where the cooling failed through a hot period in Jan. Temperature Plus were out within the next day and had a great compeditive quote to us the next day. From the moment we first made the enquiry for our heating and cooling updates Temperature Plus were professional and detailed. The installer worked closely with us to ensure we were comfortable with the price before any works started, and took into consideration the timing of the installation to fit in with our family. We felt very comfortable leaving them at our house while we were out and if there were ever any problems we were contacted immediately. We were without heating for 2 days during winter through the installation and were provided with portable heaters at no extra cost to us, which really shows that all aspects of the job were taken into consideration. Fantastic! Customer service how it should be. We used Temperature Plus in 2013 and were impressed back then with every aspect of the service. When it came time for an additional air conditioner there was no other choice. I was so happy to find the service, company values, professionalism and value for money hasn't changed in the intervening years. I lodged an online quote request on a Sunday, was contacted Monday morning, booked a quote for Tuesday and had the unit installed that same Thursday. Supply and Installation of a Split System Recently, when my A/C failed I decided I would go without – then the heat ‘kicked in’ – that changed my mind. After several frustrating days of wasted phone calls my Granddaughter mentioned Temperature Plus. On a Friday morning I phoned and they came out that afternoon, an agreement was made and signed and by Monday afternoon I had a new A/C – start to finish – four days, including the weekend. (A friend who signed up with another company is still having problems after three weeks). The Temperature Plus team were all very efficient and friendly. They took away the old A/C and left no mess inside or outside – most tradespeople these days do not consider cleaning up – an extra bonus to receive ‘old fashioned’ service. A big Thank-You, to Daniel and the team – they are Highly Recommended by me.
